Under normal use, there will be no freezing. Will the machine overheat during use? Or too many USB peripherals are connected, resulting in insufficient power supply from the power adapter. If none of the above problems occur, try to burn the firmware again.

Thanks for answer. Well no overheat, but I think a specific browser was the problem. (kiwi browser)
Happens sometimes when I watch live streaming.

But to freeze including my peripherals? I think that was odd and new.

If the problem is caused by a specific browser, it may be because this browser is not adapted to TV BOX products, so it may cause freezing when used.

Oh and here is an update of my problem.

I was using chrome and it freezes too. Plus it rebooted the system.

I forgot to tell that too. every now and then the system reboots just because.
Maybe is because Im doing a lot of tasks? (although I dont know if "a lot" is a proper definition. This has 4 gb of ram right? But to reboot the system...I think that shouldnt happen.

So yeah, I think is the system honestly. I hope you look into it.

Box freezes sometimes lately

Hi,

Sometimes, when you seek video files the video output freezes on one frame. Audio and seek bar are unaffected - the movie seems to go on. To unfreeze the video you have to change the position of the seek bar might need to do it several times.

It usually happens with FullHD videos or with normal videos on a low-end graphics card 512MB VRam. But today it also happened to me with normal video files 688x440, 25.0fps, 1530kbps on fairly modern PC with fairly modern graphics card.

This doesnt happen when using any other video player Ive tried. Even on the above mentioned low-end PC.
Hope this can be fixed.
