Get a new cable first preferably HDMI 2.1 to enjoy HDR and Dolby Vision. If still doesn’t work try to do a factory reset.

To use a 3840x2160 resolution, you need your TV box, HDMI cable, and monitor to support 3840x2160 resolution. Please confirm whether all are supported

Oscarse,

Have you swapped the cable?
Have you tried Android not CoreELEC?
What about factory reset?
Try to check it on a different monitor/TV as well.
It could be EDID issue. Try to switch on the box first and then monitor and also other way.

Oscarse,

Have you tried with different HDMI cable?
Different port on your monitor?
What about under Android same issue?
What is the maximum resolution what CoreELEC shows? 1920x1080x60Hz?
It could be EDID issue, try to switch on the box first then the monitor and try the opposite.
Maybe you should try on a different monitor/TV if you can.

Oscarse,

Have you tried with different HDMI cable?

Hello.

I have tried with a HDMI 2.0 b cable and I have the same problem.

I have used different ports on my monitor and with hdmi 2,0 only resolution on android 1920x1080x60HZ maximun resotluirion one time done unboxing.

On CoreELEC show the shame resolution 1920x1080x60hz, and one time I have stetted 4k resolution on Kodi and CoreELEC, I do not know if it is a problem of my gt- king pro, hdmi 2,0 cable or firmware.

What do you mean with EDID issue? I have used my monitor with Xiaomi tv box and autoresolution appear like 4k to 60 HZ without problem.

I need a solution. please.
