BT3 Pro not booting, only blue LED

My BT3 Pro is not booting anymore. Nothing on a HDMI screen. Blue LED is steady ON and nothing else is happening. I noticed that device after some time on is becoming quite hot.
Reset is not working.
I found tutorial how to reset device by removing battery. After reconnection, 5sec and blue LED turns off. After switching on - LED stays on, but device not booting, just heating up again.

BTW. Battery voltage was just 0.7V

Any other methods?

I found out that VGA screen is showing boot logo, BIOS, but then doesn't go further then EFI Shell. Map doesn't show any drives. Does it means disk is gone?
