Loud humming from U55

Hi all.

I've got a new U55.  When on any solid surface, it makes a loud vibration sound.  I've tried taking the lid off and checking all screws are secure.  I can't account for the loud noise.  Note, it does this even when not under any load, e.g. no users logged in, no services doing any work.  Any ideas?

Maybe something is stuck in the cooling fan，this may be a hardware problem, please contact the seller to replace it in time
