We tested the latest firmware of GT1 and it can be used normally after installing Netflix. Have you installed the Netflix APP in APPmarket? You can try to clear all the APP cache in the settings, and then reopen the software to see if it works

I have the same problem, it's been like this for 3 days
NETFLIX: UI-800-3 (307006) - according to netflix web site is an hardware problem

@beelink,  yes, i try to clear all the APP cache in the settings, and then reopen the software..Netflix installed from da appmarket... not working !

Same Problem!! I have unistall all the apps and reinstall all (including the update of the google play store and all about google!!). But the problem it's alive!!!

I really sorry to say but My GT1 Ultimate it's Unusable!!
I cant view a film buyed in "Play Video", I can't see and use Netflix, I can't see PrimeVideo !!!
I'm sorry but, if nothing change, this is the worst purchase i made recently !!
after almost a week I had no support from the assistance !!
Nobody applied to solve my problem which, as far as I can see, I am not the only one to have !!
Is it possible that you market a product without any assistance?
Yet on paper it had to be an excellent product!
if you are working on it at least say it and don't leave your customers without any answer !!!!!!

So many days waiting for a official response.
Well. I will never ever buy again a bee-link product.
My next purchase will be a Xiaomi TV box. just waiting Covid-19 emergency status to end.
