Modify:
1. Update Yahoo weather (available on the Internet)
2. In Settings> Display> Sleep, add the option of never sleep (the default is never to sleep)
3. Remove the power button from the bottom navigation bar
4. When you click the select button for a local upgrade, if you do n’t insert the USB flash drive or SD card, you are prompted to insert the SD card or USB flash drive.
5. Move the online upgrade to the previous directory
6. Add 4 pre-made apks to the rightmost column of the homepage
7. Added root permission switch in developer mode
8.Settings> Display Join rotating screen (4 directions)
9. Add brand model manual apk
Note: The OTA upgrade package has been pushed!

It seems to me a scam, they turned a good device into a cheap Chinese box, with a vulgar android system, which I can buy at half the price. The worst thing is having three crap of these.

Anyone tested yet if they've fixed the USB port functionality under CoreElec 9.2.2 wit this new FW?

Booted up into Android and updated to firmware build: 007P0_lp | Released on: April 23rd, 2020. Weather gadget finally works for retrieving my local weather like it had before Yahoo Weather API was updated. Also like the Sleep control under Display in Settings, was set to Never by default. Tested it out, works nicely but would have been nice to have it toggle off the LED Power light. It is however good firmware release, some nice improvements, kudos Beelink!

Hi Mounter.

   You won't see an Beelink firmware release address that non-functional USB ver 3 port under CoreELEC. CoreELEC team the only ones that can address that. USB ver 3 port isn't colour coded properly, USB version 2 port is actually the blue colour coded port, and the USB ver 3 port being the black colour coded one.


Just tested out the CoreELEC 9.2.4.2 ( August 15th, 2020 ) release, and there still no USB v3 port. Maybe next CoreELEC release... hehe

I must than repeat, what I have posted a few times before, that both of the USB ports were working fine till the 002P0 FW release so it must be something change (apparently in the bootloader) in the Beelink FW's afterwards that caused the issue.

Also not 100% sure if the USB v2 <-> USB v3 port color swap is general with these Boxes, or you have just being unlucky whit this one.

I guess I will go on with the FW update anyway (have waited enough for the fix helplessly), and use a USB HUB to overcome the problem. Another unnecessary stuff on the desk, and another bunch of cables, but there's no other way yet. I just hope we will have the USB v3 port operational under CE (maybe I will test it if I could figure it out how) instead o the v2.

An I guess you have mentioned another CE Thread you have posted the USB issue, but I only know this one, can you link the aother one here please?

And I will try to check with that SSH command (tt's lsusb, than lsusb -tv, right?), with the flyremote dongle plugged in one of them, if on our Box those USB port are colored correctly or not.

Very confused about firmware updates.
I understand there is 2 different memory types  DDR4 or LPDDR4 deciding which firmware update to use.
How do I find out which memory my box has and which is the latest firmware available
