No image even after power on, HDR problem

My GT1 mini was flicking image on playing videos, so start changing HDR to SDR, now stopped showing image, even after power it off with remote control, and power it on wit remote control, everything seems working but no image! what can I do to solve this?

When you turn on the monitor, the display shows no signal or black screen? Will the power light come on?

it says no signal on a LG 4k HDR TV set. and now?!

I use it with AV cable and it works on TV but not with HDMI cable, so does it means it's broken or damage in Hdmi output?!

When you connect through the AV port, try changing the SDR to HDR. Will the HDMI work properly?

I do change every combinations between "HDR to SDR": auto, on, off and combinations with "SDR to HDR": On, off and no image on HDMI output, only on AV output! and now I also made Reset to factory and no success! What could it be, this happen when changing that HDR options it went black screen no vídeo! help...

Hi,
Does your monitor support HDR function? Maybe your monitor is not compatible with the HDR signal.

Yes, My TV LG suport 4K HDR, it's working with other video HDR devices. What can I do? I think it's broken no?

Same here. The device works only for 1 week and then the gyroscope seems not to work anymore.

All the buttons work properly, its only the mouse pointer. Same behaviour on windows.
