I'm hoping there is a fix for this and I won't have give up on the BT3 Pros (4GB/64GB) we had plans for.

Using Windows 10 1909, Intel Driver & Support Assistant (up to date), sfc /scannow (all good).

We had planned to use numerous BT3 Pro PCs for our healthcare data logging systems, they run 24Hr/7days, and can't fail.

But our test BT3 freezes after being on, Idle or with running app, usually in 3-5 days.
I can attach any log file necessary if helpful.

Is this common, rare, typical?
Any help appreciated.

You can feel the temperature is too high after the machine freezes, or check the resource manager if there is a phenomenon of high resource occupancy. If the temperature is too high, please contact the seller to return it. If the resource occupancy is too high, check the program Use of resources is too high, try closing the program.

Thanks.
I think all is well now.
I have stopped all unnecessary apps, set the performance for 'Let Windows manage', stopped unnecessary services, and replaced the original 1.5 Amp power supply with a new 3 A power supply.  And I have a small fan on the case during my tests.  No freeze now for over 25 days.
