The "Display mode" on "Droid settings > Display > Screen resolution" isn't preserved after reboot.

Still no answer? Can you reproduce this issue on your box too?

Beelink hasn't returned since the Holidays... as explained in the announcements area.

It should be preserved.. Every-time you set it and reboot, it's not with your customized setting?

What to you mean by "customized setting"?
After each reboot if I go to "Droid settings > Display > Screen resolution" it has the highest resolution my TV supports and not the resolution I want / the resolution I set before the reboot.
If I use the max resolution (4K) the image flickers so I need to reduce the resolution.
I don't have the auto setting on so there's no reason for the box to ignore my last setting.

Lately I upgraded to a 4K TV and having same issue, any alternative  resolution selected  is not kept after reboot and resolution is back to 4k60, this is very irritating, also the Hdmi cable that come with box is very bad quality and kept glitching at 4K had to replace also, the GT-KING has too many issues and support is near to nothing , had issues  with just mentioned resolution, Bluetooth also had several issues due to inadequate shielding which also affects 2.4ghz WiFi, Ethernet speeds are capped to Wifi speeds so  network SMB speeds are slow around 5 MB/s per sec, any external drive is constantly scanned for media which slows things even more, the air mouse controller is horrible and also has conectivity issues, Google assaistant settings are not kept and lost on reboot, apps don't run very stable with frequent freezes and reboots and many other issues,  most complaints are ignored because most issues seem hardware related, hopefully this get fixed some day, also it seems the resolution is always kept to 1920x1080 for launcher and apps detect that as the maximum resolution so no 4K youtube etc, yet another issue !! In the future will not waste my time and money on these type of products which finish up being nearly useless

For preserv resolution after reboot try disable Dolby Vision. I don't know if official Beelink's firmware have this option in . I use alternate firmware with more good support from feaktab. For good throughput network speed, I use ftp server and via 5GHz WiFi, I able to play smoot over 160Mb/s HEVC video.

Still no way to solve this issue?
Every time I boot the box I have to fight with it for 15min (the image disappears all the time and blinks) to open the droid settings and drop the resolution. It always boot on 4K and I always have to set it to 1080p to have a stable image.
"Droid settings > Display > Screen resolution"
Why isn't our choice preserved? Why every time we boot the value change back to 4k?

Have you done the latest update?
Have you tried other Hdmi cables?
Since today you still experiencing this problem , have you tried a factory reset?
Did you ''played'' with the color depth and color space on the tv box ?
And one last thing , have you checked your tv settings?
Maybe some digital filters or similiar settings are always on and present this problem!

When I boot the GT King with CoreElec I can watch 4k videos without any problem so the issue is not related with the TV or the HDMI cable.
It only happens when booting from Droid (the original operating system).
I think I have the latest firmware - I updated it a few days ago (912P0)

When you change the screen resolution ("Droid settings > Display > Screen resolution") and you reboot does your system preserve the resolution?
