What version are you on now?  OTA issues can usually be solved by one of the below.

1) Do you have any USB drives or keyboards plugged in?  If yes then unplug them before you do an OTA.

2) Did you use the green-screen fix firmware?  If yes then you will have to flash back to the regular firmware before you do an OTA.

3) Some users have reported success downgrading to 103 then updating via OTA.

Good luck.

Hmmm that is puzzling.  Do you get this error message before it tries to reboot into recovery to do the OTA update or after it's already in recovery?

I know it's an extreme measure but can you do a factory reset then try the OTA again?

The only other alternative is to install an app to get a logcat, then try to perform the OTA and once it gives the error then email that full logcat to beelink.  That should help them resolve the issue.

beelink just posted the files to do an update via SD card to GT1 v106 so you should try that method.

106 Firmware: http://www.bee-link.com/Beelink-662-1-1.html

If that doesn't work either, then try the Amlogic Burn Tool method.  It's a great tool for rescuing boxes that are being difficult.

Other than that, I'm sorry I've never experienced this on any of my other boxes, so I can't think of what else to do besides what I've already mentioned.

I had the same issues, but all work better now. To make it work, I had to reinstall the 104MO from SD card and then do the 106 OTA update. Had no problems. BTW, 106 firmware is much more stable now, but still has some hiccups (WIFI, stuttering, etc.) Beelink is getting closer, so hopefully the next firmware will fix all or most of it.
