To me it gives me error when you restart to update the green android goes under mistake and does nothing. I have the 104MO and I get the MHC19J.20161024: 174,513.
Any advice. Thank you

can you fix the clear memory icon to really clear the memory? it doesn't close any program when i press it.

happen to me... unplug and restart again....

Can anyone help me? Update 106 downloads but gets stuck rebooting with spinning wheel. Unplugging and plugging back in just boots back up like normal. I can not get the update stared. Please help.

I have noticed the same thing with all the versions of the firmware.
