Is there a problem with the box or do you just need instructions on how to pair Bluetooth headphones?

OK.  Is the sound out of sync on all apps or just Kodi?

That is weird.  You should have sound via your bluetooth headphones on all/most of your media apps.  Something is either wrong with the bluetooth chip in your box or your headset.  Have you tired the headset with a different Android TV box or phone?  It just might be your bluetooth headset not playing well with the GT1, which does happen.

Just tested my setup with a LG HBS-760 headset.

Mobdro - OK
Kodi - OK
MX Player - OK
MoviePlayer - no sound on 4K mkv but other files OK
SPMC - OK
Terrarium TV - OK

For Kodi you could try playing around with the Audio offset which is found in the Audio and subtitle settings when playing a video.
