My GT-King Pro, which I started using last week, does not see the 5G frequency of the modem. I can connect to the 5g band with my cell phone. But my tvbox doesn't see it.

Hi!
I have a problem too!
The utp connector works, fast internet.
If I take it close to the router (50 cm) it has 30 MB/s
access speed (2,4 GHz wifi). Otherwise it is also very slow.
I have the feeling that the internal antenna has slipped off the connector. This is useless. What's the problem?

Thanx!

If you cannot find the 5G WIFI signal for the machine, please try to change the 5G wifi channel of the router. It is most likely caused by the router's unrecognized channel.

I have the same problem! Dear Beelink, it would be helpful if you tell us which frequencies are not supported on 5GHz.

Thx

The solution for 5GHz wifi problem is to change the channel of your router to one of these channels (36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153, 157, 161, 165). Because I faced the same problem with 5G wifi, I changed the channel of my router to 40 and works perfect for me at 50 Mbps connection.
At 2.4GHz wifi the problem exists from the first day of use, connectivity issues were observed and connection loss, especially when a usb device was connected at any usb port of my GT King pro even when the device was placed next to my router.
I have installed and checked all the official ROMs provided at this site for 2.4GHz wifi issue, with no results.
So far I haven't found any solution for this issue.
I hope that it will be one with a new firmware update.

Hello,Is the USB device a hard disk? If it is a hard disk, you need to put the hard disk behind the machine, a little farther away from the machine, if it is a U disk, connect it to the interface near the back, the farther away from the machine the better
