Remote issue. Only power button seems to work

Hey folks, I have the remote curser version of the remote with a gt-king box, seems like a simple issue that is baffling me.  I do also have a Logitech mouse attached with a dongle that has continued to work, however both used to work and of course, my wife likes the remote for some things. Help me out with some reset instructions? I have looked around here and haven't found the answer yet.  Thank you in advance.

I don't really understand what do you ask.... but you connect your original remote dongle to the box? What do you want to reset?

You need to connect the USB receiver in the remote control to GT-King and re-pair according to the video in the link. If the indicator on the remote control does not flash, the pairing is successful.
