GT-King DOA

Hey guys. Just got 2 GT-King boxes purchased thru Aliexpress. One box powers on fine and I could set it up with the OTA update. The other box refuses to start up. The Red LED eyes light up and does not go green. Any ideas how to get it to work?

You can try to flash firmware manually. But send it back for warranty claim is easier.

Thanks. Tried using SD flash method but box just doesn't boot up. Most probably have to send it back.
