Cant start M1

Hello.
I've bought a new item from the seller on ebay, condition is new in the box, Beelink m1 n3450, but it doesnt't start. It does give power to usb port and does send something to monitor (monitor turns on and says 'no signal'), but nothing more. Reset pinhole doesn't do anything. Do you have any kind of recovery software or re-nstallation software that I can run from usb stick?

You can try to re-plug or replace the new HDMI cable, then plug in the HDMI cable, and then press the power button. If it still does not display, please contact the seller to return it.
