apps keep crushing all the time

Hello beelink and beelink users,

I've just got my gt1 device and all the apps are crushing, ive updated the device and apps and still getting crushes.
also the kodi that came with the beelink.

I added some pictures.

please help me

thanks , this works for kodi, but not for the other apps
