I was using the optical connection to my Denon receiver to listen to music. It the past few days it would cut out for a second a few times an hour. Today i don't get any sound from the optical port. The red light is still workng and I noticed it at the end of cable connected to my receiver. I moved the cable end from the Beelink to the TV and that works fine. So I confirmed that the cable and receiver work fine. I tried playing with Audio output options with no success. Anyone knows how to reset the Opital port somehow?
Please try to update the latest firmware through OTA. If it is already the latest firmware, please try to restore the factory settings or re-burn the system. If it still has n’t changed, please contact the seller to return it.
I already tried firmware update. Went from 904PO to 906PO with no luck. Also tried factory reset unsuccessfully.
Will see if retailer will accept return. I bought it less then 6 months ago.
