BT3 wont boot

My Beelink BT3 Box arrivedtoday as hoped ... but it has stopped working after a couple of hours and nowcan't be restarted unfortunately.

I waited until it cooled, butthe red light on the front lights up but holding the RED button in does notmake the box boot up as then the BLUE light would come on.. this doesn'thappen.

To ensure that the powersupply was not the problem I tried another power supply.

I am very familiar with thistechnology and have several android boxes, this was my first Windows one.

I thought I posted this yesterday and have emailed support but have not received a response yet ... maybe I was kicked to the kerb...

I am having the same problem with the BT7 but only with this difference that on BT7 at the power up blue and red lights exchange themselves. The Troubleshooting in the PDF from BT3 also do not work.

Do you have any other advice?

In my bt3 pro the LED light always stays blue since I put the electric current, the pdf solution to me has not worked, some other solution?. Thank you
