Warning !!! FileExplorer V4 integrated in FW1.04 have a major bug - data loss

hello,

i have a big problem.
deleting any media files on my external usb (ntfs formated) not possible in kodi 16.1.
--- report a error please see log.file etc, but no log file was generated, only log.file in kodi that i found report reports "kodi is started".
where in kodi i can find the debugging log function?

now i have find out that "file explorer" can delete my data on my external usb device.
but file explorer (integrated in beelink gt1) has make a big big big mistake.

i have choosen in file-system-directory 3 files in a folder like this

c:\videos\series\fringe\part2\ --- only 3 files was selected!!!!, no other level was selected.
files on level 5 was deleted, and now level 1 "c:\videos" is lost...

now the complete root directoy "videos" are deleted.
all of my data ist lost, i will now try some ntfs recovery programs, iam a system administrator, but i am very very frustrated...

in perhaps 10 seconds all my data is lose forever????
in 10 seconds over 1 tera byte of multimedia data was deleted.

i have now connecte my external device to my laptop and will try some ntfs recovery tools...

i give a warning to all to you --- not delete any data with filexplorer v4

Recovery with "Easy drive data recovery" now running...

i found 2 root directorys that a deletet from "file explorer 4", although i have deleted files in level 6 ....

this is a big big big mistake, please fix this error as soon as possible!!!

i think the app "file explorer 4" have select root directorys, although i selcted files in level 6.
so the app deleted 3 files in level 6, than i don't now why... deleted 2 root directorys in level 1

i warn you - no use file explorer v4, works great with "remote control", but this is the hell.

recovery only possible to different external or internal devices.
now in first step i will recover all my private data, in second step i will try recovery media files.

many many hours of recovery a before, and no big external data who i can restore 1tb in one process...

hope data recovery works, after this big mistake with beelink gt1, i have quickly shutdown the beelink gt1 and disconnected my external 2,5tb 2,5 hdd.

now i hope all data are ready for recovery...

please give further information why so i mistake can happen....
