Keyboard and mic issue

Beelink please help me to solve these problems.
1. I have 4 different keyboards 3 on USB and 1 on bluethoot. Whatever language and USB port I choose can't type q or Q letter. On windows desktop on on other android tv box all of these keyboard work as they should.
2. One of my keyboard have a mic. , on Windows descktop at propretis i found 1 channel 16bit but only 8khz sample rate (vs yours 16khz). I record on Windows and the sound in very clear and noiseless. I verified this keyboard on other android 6.0.1 box and the speach typeing and comnand works too. But on King this mic. don't work. I record with this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.github.axet.audiorecorder and the result is noisy and the voice is distorted.
With your remote control the speach search and command works but I can't use typeing in other apps. And for my this your remote is a little sucks.
My King is B922 one, last firmware.

It didn't work for me either but but it does not matter anymore because Beelink promised to solve this issue in next update. What's more worrying is how could such a mistake be made?
