Reboots or shuts down the IPTV App.

Good Morning,

I am having som issues with my Beelink GT King.  From what I can see, I have ran the OTA and my device states up to date.

oddly enough, everything seems to be working fine, however, when I scroll through the channel category options, the IPTV (ThunderTv BLU) closes.  I can scroll several times and it shuts down at the same place while scrolling.  If I scroll fast, I may be able to get below the spot of where it reboots.  As soon as I scroll to the location slowly, it reboots.  

I thought this was a problem with the application unit I installed a new IPTV program called TiviMate and it is doing the same thing, just at a different location in the same area.  

I woould like to make sure that GT King is at the latest firmware and software update. Currently it states I am at build number 906P0.  The jpeg file I sent you also confirms the latest update OTA.


In addition, I am requesting a step by step guide on any fix including steps on how to flash the ROM if necessary.


I noticed a lot of responses from these threads are not responded to.  One of the main reason I chose Beelink GT King was becuase of a YOUTube review stating how great tech support is. Please Help.

The volume is very low.  I have tried to increase the volume through the settings, however in order for the box to truly provide adequate sound, I have to increase the tv volume so high, that any other program or application is sore to the ears.

From time to time the box reboots with no warning.  I am hoping that this has been resolved by the latest updates.

Hi,   I have noticed the same problem with tivimate, but only with one of my providers (UNITYX) . This provider is ok in other players i use ( Unityx own apk, IPTV Extreme Pro, Perfect Player Pro )
I have tried this with Tivimate versions from 1.22x all the way to the latest 1.7.. always ame thing.

As for volume problem, i have had that situation with ALL my android boxes...  I use speaker boost .. try to google around for version 2.03  it works well, and has NO adds in it.

I have heard that Thundertv Blu MIGHT be a Tivimate clone, but not sure about that.

I have a firestick and nvidia shield (should have purchased that in in the first place, instead of this POS) and the volume is fine.  Neither of the other devices shutdown using Tivimate or ThunderBLu.  

I believe you may be correct that Thunder is a a clone or copy of tivimate.  

Regrdless, The GT King shutsdown at the same location everytime in the IPTV apps above, and randomly when using other apps including  FS Explorer.

I have tried to send my log file to them and the email address they provide on FB bounces back.  I have not heard a response from them in days.  I finally messaged Beelink in FB again today and let them know I set up my own filelinked with an access code and link to make it easier for them to obtain and download.  

I know I am not the only one with these issues and you would think Beelink would be proud and honour there products with support and warranty.

The only other problem I have ever had with poor product and tech support was from MyGicia and I am wondering if they are some how connected.

The GT King looks great and the specs seemed amazing also.  Especially with the S922X Quad core...

I certainly hope Beelink can redeem themselves with at least honoring a fix update, replacement or refund. Waiting days for a response is truly unacceptable and no one should have to wait as long as I have to solve this issue.  

If I don't get a response, I will be filing a formal complaint with Amazon, continue to warn others with ratings on Amazon, YouTube and anywhere else I can respond to a review.  

I feel like I have been taken and ripped off.  

Sad to think how Beelink represents there company on this Forum with little to no response.  When they do, its simply a quick suggestion that doesn't solve the problem.

I thought business in China valued our business and treated all customers with integrity.

I am having the same issue with Tivimate and other applications. I get about 2.5 pages down in the guide and the applications crash. Also when scrolling thru the groups it will crash also. Its always at the same spot in both areas.

I think I will give up on Beelink and consider them a waste of my money. I will be posting a review and warning people about beelink in the r/IPTV reddit forum. Hopefully I can save other people from making the same mistake we have.

It would be nice if Beelink replied to this issue and worked on a fix. I guess they just do not care. There are several posts here talking about the issue and none have responses from Beelink. So, We know where this is all going.

I think I will also make a youtube on this. We should also hit up the reviewers that glorify Beelink and have them make updated reviews of Beelink and how they do not respond to issues. Its kinda a moral imperative.

Can you update this firmware full of bugs ??? !!! such a thing on your part is unacceptable, I will never buy such a poor product again, that's for sure!
