moderating comments for review

I just replied to a comment with useful info and it said my comment needed to be moderated... Companies need to learn doing things like this aren't proper. I am not a new member. Twitter time.:curse:

In order to avoid being spammed or meaningless, we have adopted this review mechanism and we will pass the review within 12 hours at the latest.

I understand the spam thing, but is there not a way to change the filter? For example users with over 20 posts don't need to go through moderation?
