BT3 Pro II reset button or reinstalled with factory parameters ?

Hi, I bought and installed it, but once Windows 10 has been updated it gives an error and there is no way to start it correctly.How can I be reinstalled with factory parameters to reinstall the original system? This model does not seem to have a device reset button?Thank you

could you confirm if I understand correctly? I decompress the zipped folder, copy everything on a pen-drive, insert the pendrive and proceed? Thank you

I had same issue, installed BT3 PRO II, but once Windows 10 has been updated it gave an error and there were no way to start it correctly. I than downloaded win10 1903 home as suggested and followed the installation tutorial, but i go on stuck during the installation procedure getting the following blue screen error code:
stop code PFN LIST CORRUPT windows 10

any advice from you ? what else procedure can I attempt in case there is a futher one?
I am tempted to return it back to the seller as could be faulty hardware causing the issue, please let me know.
