Hi.

I acquired a USB camera to use with this device.

I connected it and the image shows fine, but not the audio. The microphone is like always recording some noise, and I couldn't find a way to fix it.
I tried with other Android devices and it works just fine.

Any suggestions?

Regards.

When I plug the camera, I see the equalizer always full, like if there is a loud permanent sound, and if I try to hear what I recorded, there is only noise, I can't hear any voice.

If I remove the camera and try to record sound, I can hear my voice, evethough, I have no microphone recorded.
Where is the recording coming from? The device has a micrphone?

You can try to lower the system volume. This problem is due to the bottom noise of the microphone. We are trying to solve this problem and need to wait for a while.

Hi.

Sorry, but I didn't understand very well.

What do you mean by the bottom noise of the microphone?
Does the box contain another microphone (not the one in my usb camera)? If that's the case, can I disable that microphone?

I will try to disable the system soudns and get back to you here.

Thanks.

same problem ...I'm using logitech C920 the picture work well, but the voice is terrible is like a robot voice and a lot of noise.
I can not heard anything from the other side as receiver of the video call. I have tried changing application from Google duo, skype,IMO and several other the result are the same. I'm using the latest 906PO firmware.

I try to lower the volume to 25%-50% and didn't work.
But when I try pressing the mic button in the remote, the sound came out.
So the problem is there is no setting in the menu to activate which mic we want to use betwen mic in the remote or mic in the webcam.

Please help to fix the problem ...ASAP

Because it's very inconvenient if we want to use video call, and we must keep pressing the mic button in the remote each time we want to talk.

Thanks

I tried to lower the system volume to 50% -25% and it didn't work
But when I try pressing the mic button in the remote, the sound came out.
So the problem is the setting microphone in the remote and the webcam which cannot be set.
Please fix this problem ASAP

Hi.

I tried to reduce the volume as you said, but the problem still persists.
