Internet access error

Hello ! I bought this device and I have a question.When I try to register with a company iptv where I have been receiving service for a long time, a message appears - Internet access error ,although I go to Google and everything is there . I tried different options - nothing works. Perhaps you can advise something? Thanks in advance ! Regards, Boris.
