Hello,

To make long story short, after an app crash and powering off and on GT1 Ultimate, I've had no signal on HDMI ever since. Resetting device via pin hole button has no effect - no signal there as well. Flashing the tv box via USB Burning Tool method fails - it always errors out at 7% formatting stage. Therefore, my questions is:

Is it possible to flash GT1 Ultimate with SD card without being able to enter recovery mode on TV - you know since I have no signal on TV?
If not, is there any other way besides USB Burning Tool and SD card methods to flash the device?

Thanks

Can you give me the SN code on the back of your machine? Maybe you burned the wrong firmware. If the firmware is not wrong, you can try plugging in the power of the machine while burning.

Hi  kobeml,

Try re-burning with the firmware in the link

Same result - stops at 7% formatting and eventually, times out with the error:  [0x32030201]Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial error.

Is there any other way to flash the firmware? I don't think it's firmware version which causes USB Burning Tool to fail at 7%.

I'm still waiting for a reply. Is there any other way to flash the box besides USB Burning Tool given that I cannot enter recovery mode via pin hole and have no signal on TV?
