UPgrade Beelink SEA 1

Can somebody point me in the right direction. When I bought my Beelink SEA 1 it never connected to the internet to keep up to date with the latest maintenance . Therefore I am going to have to do this manually .
Is there any guidelines for this and what maintenace level should I be looking to install

Currently SEA1_106M0..suggesting May 1 2016

Any pointers would be helpful
