Failed OTA Update - DDR4 - S/N: B922X

Hi,

I tried the OTA update, but after it downloaded It displayed message that the package has error and need to re-install...I have done this many times now and still could not update the firmware. My model DDR4(S/N: B922X)

Any fix please for OTA wireless update ???!!!

We haven't encountered this type of error yet. Can you provide a picture or video? We need more information to judge your problem
