GT1 LPN Keeps rebooting and changing to chinese

Have a GT1 ultimate that keeps rebooting and changing to chinese writing. Can't get it to reload as can't get that far before reboot. Ser# LPN1GB4G4o741

Any help would be appreciated.

You may have opened the software for testing the restart. Please find and open the ‘Auto reboot’ software, click Cancel Auto Restart in the lower right corner, then click the X in the upper right corner to close the software, then select the software and press and hold the OK button to uninstall the software.

This is not an option as i only have around 5 seconds before it starts its reboot process

Please check the tutorial in the link and follow the tutorial to cancel this feature.
