It seems that others here in the forum have encoutered problems when connecting an SSD to the SATA port. Are you able to confirm whether the Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM) is compatible with the U55? I love my U55 by the way! Its robust and capable of handling all my day-to-day on the computer. I don't want to mess it up with the SSD so that's why I'm checking with you first! Here is a link to the SSD for reference:
