gt1 mini goes in black screen some time later

Hello, I have problem with a gt1 mini box. It goes to a black screen some time later when I use it watching IPTV. Image and sound start repeats and then it goes off with a LED on. It may happens in 1h and more or even 15 min. It's not a sleep mode, the box doesn't respond on remote's clicks so I need to manually remove and plug in a power cabel to restart it.

It's a defect? What can I do with it? Where can I check logs of that crashes or what?

Thank you so it's a software or hardware defect? If it's hardware defect I will return my money for buy.

I observe that the box freezes faster when turn on HW or HW+ accelerations in a video players.

This is a software adaptation problem. We are trying to adapt to this software.
