Hello,

My Beelink GT1 Ultimate got hang up on Light Home app (you know that popup where you can close app or wait) and I couldn't close the app because the box became unresponsive. Therefore, I powered it off. After powering it back up, there is no signal on my TV. I check it on my other monitor, same thing - no signal. I tried powering it on and off multiple times and no signal every time ever since. The LED indicator is on after powering up. I tried pressing reset pin and while holding it, powering it on but same behavior - no signal on TV.
Is there anything I can do?
Is there a way to figure out whether the box works but perhaps HDMI chip stopped working?

Thank you for your help in advance.

Is there a way to figure out based on LED light whether reset (pin hole hold + power on) is in progress? Should the LED blink or something when it's being reset?

You can try to replace the HDMI cable and adjust the signal receiving source of the display. If it still does not work, please manually update the latest firmware.

I tried to flash with this firmware http://www.bee-link.com/forum.ph ... hread&tid=36811 using the USB method and it always gets stuck at 7% during formatting and eventually, it times out with an error. I tried 2 USB cables, different ports even using powered USB hub and always gets stuck at 7%. Please advice why I cannot flash it and how I can flash it some other way.  Given that resetting the tv box has no effect and there is no signal on the TV, I assume micro usb card method is not an option. Is that correct? Please also give me a link to the latest firmware.

Can you tell me the SN code on the back of your machine? We need your SN code to determine what firmware should be used.

Isn't it weird? Exactly the same happened to me a couple of days ago! The box suddenly stopped working (no signal from HDMI port), the frond LED is ON and I can see and connect to the  GT1 using USB.

My S/N is A912BKBG61652 (16GB). I used the correct firmware (GT1_708N0_AP6255.img) and a bunch of others, the same result - the installation ends in 7 or 9% with error:
[0x30405004]UBOOT/Partition _aml_dtb/Verify partition/Error result

I mentioned it here
http://www.bee-link.com/forum.ph ... tra=page%3D1&page=2
and here with pictures and log output from USB Burning Tool
http://www.bee-link.com/forum.ph ... ra=page%3D1&page=15

It makes me wonder - what could have caused it that two similar devices are bricked at the same time? Some software updates, perhaps? Botched firmware incremental update, perhaps?

How did it happen to you when you got no signal? Was it also after some app crash with typical android close / wait pop-up or did it happen during normal operation?

I wasn't present when it happened so there might have been an app crash preceding it. The TV box "froze", being unresponsive to controls. After a while, I turned it off but it never booted again.

Just out of curiosity, what was your error in the burning tool?
