How to reset to factory default

Could you explain me how to reset my BT3 Pro from my recovery partition to factory default ?

Hello, behind the pc near the hole of the microphone / headphones find a small hole, insert an open clip and hold for 10-20 seconds, the reset starts.

Didn't found any reset button, just two little holes on both sides of the LAN plug :D
Can I get a working system and driver image ? Thanks

Same issue. Brand new unit will not boot, no magic hole near mic. Please post system image and drivers I can put on USB and can boot/install from.

on my bt3, it is under the microphon hole
