Team Viewer from PC

Hi.

I have been using Minix devices before this Beelink, so I'm not sure how it works here.

I have been trying to remote control my GT-King using TeamViewer from my laptop, but I don't get the option to control the device.
I tried some other software also for the same purpose, but I couldn't make it.

I install TeamViewer Quick Access in the GT-King, and the devices connect, but there is no control option.

We tested this feature and it works. Please check the instructions provided by the control software and follow the instructions.

Hi,

Actually, it doesn't work as expected. The remote client can't control the device or see the screen in real time. At the first launch, QuickSupport says the feature is not available on this device and ask to open a ticket at their support.

Yes, I have the same problem as knux.

Beelink, can you please tell us how did you make it work successfully so we can follow the same?

just download TeamViewer HOST, log in with teamviewer account, authorize device via e-mail and it works.

I confirm that it works fine using TeamViewer Host
