Processor FAN problem

I got a problem with BT3-X. Exactly two months after the purchase of the computer, the cooling fan began to make a grinding sound. The fan began to cope poorly with the cooling of the processor. The average processor temperature increased by about 10°C. Device s/n: 3355HQGG80015

For the past few days, the fan spun more slowly and made increasingly unpleasant sounds. Today, the fan completely stopped rotating, the CPU began to heat up to 60°C or more. With such CPU high temperature, further use of the computer is impossible. A few days ago I wrote an e-mail with tech support describing my problem. But unfortunately tech support is not interested in further communication. :(:(:(
