stuck and rebooting issue and google play service Error!

hello
i bought beelink GT-King android tv box but still i can not work with it properly .. i have lot of issue please can i help me anyone know this issues :(


1) when i watching video after 10 min device is stuck and auto reboot again..
2) when i do some work every time coms "google play services keeps stopping" Message and again reboot
3) I tried to lates update 2019.08.31 firmware update via Wifi but it downloaded and restart and popping installing window and after saw Error! message with android Robo Icon.
3) i am try to connect my pc using USB cable  maytimes i tried, been watching beelink firmware updating video but still can not connect with my PC
4) After i tried to update firmware Using SD Card also same issue can not install it.
