Starting today Netflix app shows NW-6-404 error

The fixed worked. Thank you.

Received email reply from support team, giving link to img burn file, amlogic software and widevine key for netflix. Video tutorial for installation was also given, however for me is was not sufficient.

I ran into some error during key installation, of which scarce information available on the internet. Had to trial and error.

Tips to get it installed, if you get error..

1. re-download the img file2. make sure the license folder is within the software file location.
3. Boot te tv box into recovery mode before connecting to the burn software - by using reset pinhole method

locate the pinhole behind underneath the box.
use a pin to press down and hold.
connect the box to power (this is important - as i ran into error due to insuficient power supply)
connect the box to PC via USB
release the pin once the software detects the box and state as 'connected'.

4. Proceed to install img as per shown by video tutorial.

The usb cable has to be usb3 ? As the box was not detected when plugged in to computer

It does not need to be usb 3. I found it has to be in the right usb socket, the one next to the SD card slot. The power needs to be disconnected, the device powers from the usb cable. It does not seem to work if the power cable is connected.
