Not very poor customer service. It is possible that It was flagged by the Beelink email service as spam or junk. Try sending email again without any images, include subject field information and asking if they can confirm by emailing you back, because you had sent email three weeks ago with attached photos and not received word back. Once it has been confirmed, send reply with the attached photos.

Thanks for the feedback. I just realised that I may be in the wrong forum. Anyway I'm owning a beelink GTMini-a over an year I guess. Also I have already downloaded an updated the given firmware for my device successfully. It did not resolve the netflix issue. And the chromecast issue has been there from the begining too. I'm so worried that this device has such an amasing hardware configurarion but crappy software support. Its a deal breaker for me. How can we trust the company who fail to fix these issues over years. Please help me to fix it otherwise I have to go for another product that might not be beelink brand.

Its not fair to say that those 2 services are not trivial. Netflix is the most demanding streaming service in the world. In fact you have adverticed as this box is Netflix 4K compatible. On the other hand, this box is running with android TV OS and Chromecast is a major feature of it. I highly doubt that you are going to fix these issues sooner or later. It has been more than a year that you haven't fix those. And I cannot trust this company as for poor customer support, neglecting customers and providing misleading info.

Hi Beelink.. please admit that you are not using official google certified firmware for your GT1-A and GT-MINIA.. your Netflix ESN is even spoofing xiaomi mi box.. please pay up to Google, and get proper netflix certification like xiaomi.. if u can't get Netflix cert, at least get proper Google cert like mecool or minix.. since you are using hacked/tampered Google firmware, the DRM wont work properly.. that is why lot of DRM sensitive apps like Disney+, HBO wont work with your box..
