I sent them email and they came back pretty quickly asking for photo of s/n from the back of device. You can send it to them to speed it up. Just send them another email.

Ya lo han solucionado. les escribí enviándoles el serial de equipo al correo beelinkservice@bee-link.com luego me enviaron un vídeo de como hacer los pasos y unos archivos. lo hice tal cual y funciono. ya tengo Netflix funcional en alta resolución como antes.
Lo único difícil fue conseguir el cable, ya que necesitas un cable usb A macho-macho.
I just received instructions from beelink. Successfully flashed new image. Now Netflix works again. Can't check if it plays in 4K content because my subscription is standard, but I did a few tests and it plays with no problems in Full HD 1920x1080. Thanks @beelink :D
