GT KING stops playing mp4 files after 10 seconds

Hi I'm testing this new player to see how it works etc. Attached the specs of an mp4 files which do play normally on both of my pc's and very old media player Mede8er (MED500X2). I played them from a USB3 stick directly into the GT King. The files are generated by Premiere Pro. Thanks for reading and answering, regards, hdprené

To be sure, I did a factory reset, logged in into google, installed vlc player and tried to play it. now it ran for 30 seconds
