my problem started with my device (GT1 MINI S/N 95X2HBNF80392)by getting stuck on black screen and the beelink logo when started so i try to reload the software(GT!-mini 114n0( using usb burning tool when i connect my device  went throughout the process i got error message i tried to do it again after i unplugged my device from my computer and plugged it back in my windows 10 doesn't recognize my device i restarted my windows thinking its gonna fix it still nothing

problem not with with firmware the problem is windows doesn't recognize the device (gt1) mini when i plug it in using the usb cable

Have you tried burning before? If you can't read it all the time, it may be that you don't have the driver to install the burning tool.
