BT King - Wired LAN Issue

Hi;

I got my GT King last night. While setting it up, I found that I can't get my VPN to work when the network cable is plugged in. I'm getting a password not accepted when the cable is plugged in.


Wireless off, LAN cable in - Nope.
Wireless on, LAN cable in - Nope.
Wireless on, LAN cable out - Works perfectly.

Work around is to use Wifi, but I'd like to be able to use the 1 Gig Wired LAN.


Firmware: Build 902PO
Kernel: 4.9.113 #1 Wed May 8
Serial Starts with: B922 so it's DDR4 model if that matters.

Anyone know how to fix this?

It also happens to me the same and I already reported it to the beelink support, and they answered that it would be my cable that would be wrong, bad if I have the router less than a meter from the tv box, and the cable was put on by another tv boxy I express myself to the maximum the speed to others the cable is new and of category 7.Lo of the connection by lan is a subject that would have to review and repair those of beelink. a greeting
