GT King Not turning ON

I just use GT KING one day , and now I cant turn it on.
When I plug it, there is no answer, and no lights on (eyes lights)
Also i check turning on with the remote control and nothing (with differents bateries)
what can i do?

do you notice any burning smell from the device? if the device is dead, return the item..
