No Ethernet Connection on GT King

Just today i received this TV Box after 3 year with my FireTv 2 without problems...Now i would ask to someone how i have to setup the LAN connection because with wifi the box is connected but when i plug the cable there is not connection.

it seems "not connection" info on the menu but check to open a web page or go to Google Play Store etc.,
then you will see that the Box is already connected!

but if check settings menu you will see "not connected"!

Note;mine is as same this situation!

This is a BUG but still didnt fix it

Tricky; connect your Ethernet cable to the Box between your Modem than go to Settings menu>>>select
WIFI;ON !!!! after this your Ethernet will be run! and if you check it from menu than you will see your
IP/DNS address ! so after this you do get OFF WIFI

At least Ethernet actually always run well,you do not look at the Settings menu

I know this is going to sound a bit silly,  I had the same issue and I pushed the ethernet cable in until it clicked.  It wasn't connected until I pushed it in as far as it would go and I heard an audible click.  It solved the problem I had but not sure if you have the same problem ?

The static ip and dns that have to be configured on the router.

If the internet connection by Wi-Fi works correctly but by cable it is not going well, you will have some problem like so many others, I already sent an email to those of the technical service of Beelin. and leaves optimal operating conditions. but right now I have the network cable disconnected in the two gt king I have.
