Did the update and lighthome still freezing

lighthome still freezing when you pick the white triangles to change pages. Is my box done because of this?

no. just use a different (android TV) Launcher.

those "bottom bar" functions does not work!

Is there still a problem after restarting? We tested this feature, no problems, you can try to manually brush the firmware

Thanks, for the USB do I need to use the, AMLogic USB Burning Tool? I see there is an SD ZIP file can i just put on a SD card use the hole on the bottom of the box and do a start up? Which one is best?
