The first day I arrived was working fine, but the next day it stopped working.Even with the adapter, the skull's eyes remain dark red.not greenI can not fix it even if I press the recovery button.Please tell me how to deal with it.thank you for reading.

first download the latest F\W,it should be img. file
then download Amlogic usb burning tool v.2.1.7.
start the the app,import the img. file you downloaded.
you have to use usb 2.0 cable,connect it to the rear usb port on your box,not to usb 3.0 port.
this is important: press start on the usb burning tool app, then plug in your box power cable,and quickly as the skull eye on connect the other end of the usb cabel to your PC usb 2.0 port,the update should start and you can see that on the app,some times you need to do that more than once if it didn't succeed in the first try,just remember connecting the usb cable to your PC as quick as you can once the skull eye is on,remember before you try again to unplug the power cable and re-plug it again.

Hi

If you are using a 12V 2A power supply, please try to replace the power adapter of the same power to see if it can be used normally, there may be a problem with the power supply.

FYI

PSU;factory/default
not good quality

I'v bought 12V/3A and its run/work without any issue

BTW your problem is not related with your PSU!!!

I'v tested both factory PSU and mine new PSU are all same behaviour!
its an device HW or FW issue!

Solution;"if your box has not not HW problem" >>>remove and re-connect power cable!
even try  two,three times again! after that Box will opened easly!

Note;Box do this problem sometimes!

I tried it but it was useless.
Displayed as
Uboot/Get Result/Diskinitial error
and stopped
I used it s922x-20190527.img

Please point out if I have a mistake.
