gt1 not working

The tv box stopped working abruptly while I was watching the tv. It is not turning back on. Tried to reset all wire connections. The GT1 tv box is not turning on and no signal is being sent to the TV through HDMI cable.but  power indicator is lit.

try couple of times;remove power cable and re-connect!
if not opened,than try again couple of times! 3,4,5.....
remove and re-connect and it should be opened(I have this issue sometime!)

it will not opened by remote action than I'll do it above method and its opened!
Seems that this a BUG

Beelink pls consider this issue!

Probably your device is not defective try above method

Note;did you check PSU???

If the machine's power indicator can illuminate, try the following
1. Plug and unplug the HDMI cable
2. Replace the HDMI cable
3. Update the latest firmware
