GT1 Ultimate - no output

When plugged in, the Beelink light comes on.

I have tried 2 HDMI cords.  I have tried 2 different HDMI inputs on TV.  As well as HDMI to a different computer monitor.
S/N  LPN1GBME10349  32GB

There is no output from the Beelink to any device.  Beelink has only been used for 6 months.  Just purchased in December.

What now?  Help!

I have that problem too, no hdmi output

Is it firmaware error?
