Ethernet error when using 4k

Hello,
After doing a thousand checks and checks, I noticed that when using the 4k video resolution (2160), the ethernet connection becomes extremely slow and even stops working. If switched to 1080 or smaller, this ethernet connection works correctly at normal speed.
This only happens with ethernet. If WIFI is used, this error also does not occur and works correctly.
It seems that it has nothing to do with one another, but it is like that.
I would like the Beelink team to solve this error, since there is not always a WIFI connection available.
I must say that this report is based as I said before, after making multiple tests with all versions of the firmware, including the latest.
With another tvbox that I have, this does not happen and with ethernet it works perfectly when it is in 4k.

Note;asking you this happens from which/what connections/contents??
such as Kodi watching(4K movies) or from IPTV etc., ??

Yes that is strange, but it really is what happens.
As for your question, in Kodi has many stoppages as in IPTV, sometimes it is impossible to see anything.
I've done speed tests on the internet and the difference is very remarkable. Only with changing the resolution from 4k to 1080 again, everything works again and the speed is correct.
As I said in my previous post, this only happens when you use ethernet + 4k. When using WIFI, this bug does not exist!
I do not know if this problem affects more people or not, but it is what happens in my TvBox.
I would like that someone else could do these tests on their 4k TV and comment it to rule out if it is a general or specific problem that has touched me!

For my knowledge

1-KODI using;such as you open a movie(UHD content-2160p)from any of your Addons
in fact mostly those are not real UHD movies as well! but when you check in menu then
you will see it "2160p"

>for Kodi video settings you should be open MediaCodecs!!
Processing Allow Hardware Acceleration(Surface) and the other one is stay in selected!

Now I just wondering how and from where did you changed your resolution?

2-IPTV using;did you install your IPTVServer to the KODI??
I never use my IPTV with Kodi!

Asking you that how is your IPTV work with your Device(default) player such when you
install it to your device? did you try it?

well those are(your situation) very interesting happens and I never heard of this things
especially Ethernet connection always fast and easy!!
I always use only Ethernet

Note;your panel seems that 4K and might be "hand-shake" issue,between your Panel and Box
I do not know but just thought about this!

Might be "Cable" issue(HDMI)
Might be "HDMI resolution issue such as HDMI-UHD support port issue!

TV Brand/model? and which ports support 2160?? did you selected proper port?
or might be it wont supported your cable 2.0(but I'm not sure for these)

Note;one anther guy here said that when he changed his HDMI Cable with 2.0 supported
than his issue was gone:(
But I do not remember for what! its not same your problem

I appreciate your advice and your interest in helping me.
Surely I have not explained myself well enough.
What happens with my TvBox has nothing to do with Kodi or IPTV. The cable that I use is HDMI 2.1 and as I mentioned in my first post, this problem does not appear using another tvbox that I have.
Let's see if I can explain myself better.
- I start the GTKing and the start screen (lighthome) appears.
- In the configuration menu (Droid settings), screen resolution,
  I leave by default to choose the best resolution (auto 2160p 60Hz).
- The connection to my Samsung 4k TV is made by an HDMI cable
  2.1
- Connected rj45 ethernet cable and disconnected WIFI
- I perform a speed test and check that the connection is very
  slow (I have fiber 600 mb symmetrical) :@
- After doing a lot of tests I realize that
  changing the screen resolution in droid settings to 1080p
  solves the problem and the internet connection by doing the same
  speed test, now it's like a shot! very fast. :)

That's why I said before that the problem has nothing to do with Kodi or IPTV. Logically this failure is obvious when these programs are used and any other in streaming.
When I play a 4k video directly from the USB, for example, the player works great and on TV it looks very smooth without any kind of problems.

I know it's very strange and hard to understand, but that's what happens in my tvBox, which as I said, I do not know if it's a specific problem that only happens to me.

For all this I infer that it can be a hardware or firmware problem that only appears when the TVbox is configured in 4k and the ethernet connection is used.

it seems that this box need more update on their firmware..this gt king s922x still has tons of problem, and the problem seem unstoppable...i got my new gt king s922x today and i also realize that my notification icon all disappear....and weird youtube screen flickering problem too..

Hi! I have also we problems with LAN port. Low speed or no communication at all. Tried different to connect different routers, changed a patch cords, but the speed remains low or does not work at all. This problem is present in all available firmwares. It is impossible to watch 4K movies stored on your Synology NAS. Download speed from NAS is only 4-7MB/s, for comparison T95Q on S902X2 downloads from 20-30MB/s. Please pay attention to this problem when developing the next firmware. Provide good support for the Samba Protocol.

I'vnt any "speed" issue with my Box(Wired&LAN)
or have not any above kind of very weird problem too!

Hardware issue or Firmware issue;I do not select&thing about which one is:(

But my main reason of my sold; problem of "Picture Quality"!! I never liked it at all
All other BUGs,in fact do not bother me so much! and probably in the meantime
lot of issues will solved(I hope)

Well, I can tell you that the problem is definitely the firmware! :lol
I have tried a custom firmware of a friend, and what has been my surprise that this problem has disappeared! Therefore, and with total security, it is a firmware problem.
Now, although the Droid Settings Display has 4k configured, the connection is just as fast and works correctly, so for the moment this problem is solved, while Beelink updates it.

This is taking another color ...!  :)
